Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DigitalPathRD services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

DigitalPathRD offers the following services:

  • SaaS Solutions (Software as a Service)
  • Custom software development
  • Business management tools
  • Content creator tools
  • Process automation
  • Artificial Intelligence integrations

Specific details of each service will be agreed upon in individual contracts with each client.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • Use the services legally and ethically
  • Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Make agreed payments on time

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client retains all rights to their content and data
  • DigitalPathRD retains rights to the tools, methodologies, and base code used
  • Custom code developed for the client will be owned by the client once full payment is completed

5. Payments and Billing

  • Prices will be agreed upon before starting any project
  • Payments will be made according to the schedule agreed in the contract
  • We accept payments in Dominican Pesos (DOP) and US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment delays may result in service suspension

6. Warranties and Support

  • We offer warranty on work performed as specified in each contract
  • Technical support is available according to the contracted plan
  • Change requests outside the original scope may incur additional costs

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalPathRD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This obligation remains in effect even after the relationship ends.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship:

  • With prior notice as stipulated in the contract
  • Immediately in case of serious breach
  • By mutual agreement

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo.
